Our FW23 collection reimagines familiar aspects of Marcella’s DNA that you know and love–designer minimalist styles and timeless silhouettes with a twist. Whether it's new unexpected cutouts, unique drapes or asymmetry, FW23 truly reflects our “minimalism with an edge” mantra. You can also expect the fresh accent colors Sky Blue, Pale Yellow, and Espresso to add more sun to your sky as winter approaches. A shimmer of light for FW23, Sky welcomes you.
New Fabrics And Trims
As with every season, we play with our permanent collection of European fabrics–premium ponte, sustainable jersey, unique sheer jersey, luxe french terry and organic cotton. Freedom in fit, elegance in every stitch, and ethical selections that are easy on the planet.
Now, let’s talk leather (including vegan). We’re so excited for the launch of more vegan leather designs in FW23–centrally, our Vegan Karma Boots in Apple leather. Our Italian Apple leather utilizes a sustainable system of repurposing an estimated 30,000 tons of apple waste into a new, eco-conscious material while generating only organic waste in its manufacture. We're also introducing several new bags handcrafted from Italian recycled vegan leather. Accessories with a minimal carbon footprint–that’s Marcella.
As for our genuine leather this season, beyond the core materials we already use, we've also sourced premium Italian Spazzolato leather that is curated by numerous luxury brands. Beyond a new compelling assortment of shoes and bags, we're also diving more deeply into belts, introducing four more Italian leather belt designs to style with that are inspired by our Kala and Chambers Belts. Here to, with our leather goods, Marcella's commitment to long-lasting, luxury fabrics not only perseveres but grows.
Other exciting new additions to FW23 include recycled polyester beanies, our best-selling London scarf in a new vegan acrylic yarn, more jewelry selections, and two new exciting jeans designs available in September.
Accent Colors
We all miss the sun in our Sky as winter nears. FW23 strives to compensate with our new accent colors Sky Blue, Pale Yellow, and a rich brown Espresso. We've also developed a Latte color in our beloved European Faux Leather Material that you'll see incorporated with two of our best-selling bottoms, the Vinci and the Kaya leggings. Our medium-weight french terry material, featured in pieces like our Geneva and Brie sweatshirts, also welcomes a new Cream color, as well.
Because you loved them so much, the energizing Spring Green and Raspberry colors introduced last season will be joining us once again for FW23. For even more accessorizing possibilities, the Kelly Tote will now come in Taupe, Silver, and Khaki. You’ll also find the Tulla Heeled Sandals in new colorways, Disco (silver) and Spring Green (for some very, very early spring in your step...).

Our Design DNA
We’re diving into our DNA and revitalizing the details you love–with novel cutouts you’ve never seen before, elegant drapes, and a balance of oversize and fitted silhouettes. Additionally, we're continuing to expand our size range for a more inclusive fit across all of our customers. Many more of our bestsellers, as well as many of our FW23 designs, will now be available in petite and plus sizes.
At Marcella, we continue to be fastidious in making clothing and accessories that you will ACTUALLY enjoy wearing. In developing our shoes, for example, we conduct numerous comfort and style tests to ensure that every design can go from day to night with ease. Each piece uses durable and comfortable high quality Italian heels for a long-lasting shoe. You can trust that your favorite pair of Marcella heels are ones that you'll be able to seamlessly rely on for any occasion - like every other design in our entire catalogue.
Finally, we’re expanding our bags collection to include bigger, more structured bags for holding whatever the day calls for. Laptops, books, your entire makeup bag, you name it. Embracing only more enthusiastically our ethos of versatile design, two of our newest bags will include convertible chains to switch from a crossbody to a belt bag to a purse. Keep an eye out for the Bailey Crossbody and the Megan Convertible Purse in the coming months!
