Return at your local Happy Returns Bar (box and label free) for $5.90 or mail in with a label for $8.90 to our US facility.

Please ship your return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. A $10 care charge applies to all products requiring special handling, such as dry cleaning. Please review our return policy for more information about returns and exchanges.
Please note that face coverings and accessories, as well as all items marked "final sale," are non-refundable. Regular sale items may be returned or exchanged. "Clearance" items, however, may not be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit.
You will be reimbursed once the courier scans your return for shipment. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a tracking number.Â

You’d be returning the product(s) to our European office in Bulgaria. We are happy to offer a discounted shipping option, which is usually less expensive and faster than other shipping options.
We can schedule a DHL pickup at a discounted rate of $35 USD. Please contact us with the specific pieces you’d like to return/exchange and we’ll send you a link to purchase the DHL shipping option.If you decide not to take advantage of our discounted DHL return option, we suggest that you send your return with your country's governmental postal service with a tracking number to ensure your package's safe arrival. We ask that you kindly refrain from using an international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. as international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD with such global shipments. Please note that in this event, we would need to pass along any such fee to you in order to process your exchange/return.
