Make your return or free exchange in two different ways:

  • At a Happy Returns Bar. All you need is your QR code and your unused, unwashed items. Your styles are then shipped back to our warehouse in reusable packaging. Returns are $6.90.
  • By mail via USPS/FedEx. Returns are $8.90.

Return + Exchange Policy

30 Days

Please ship your return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Review our return policy for more information.

Reimbursing You Timely

For US returns, you will be immediately reimbursed once the courier scans your return for shipment (if you choose our Happy Returns Bar option). If you choose to mail in your return, you will be reimbursed once your return is delivered to our warehouse. For international returns, you will be reimbursed approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your returns.

Exchanges

US exchanges are quick and free, and you have the option to instantly receive your replacement before returning the original package. With this option, you'll have 14 days to return your original order until you'll be automatically charged for the exchange order.

Return Eligibility

Please note that face coverings and accessories, as well as all items marked "final sale," are non-refundable. Regular sale items may be returned or exchanged. "Clearance" items, however, may not be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit.

Important Info for Customers outside the US:

For Canadian customers, you’d be returning the product(s) to our US facility in Massachusetts. Please contact us to receive further return instructions. 

We can arrange a mail-in return at a discounted rate of $27CAD. Please contact us with the specific pieces you’d like to return/exchange and we'll email you a prepaid label. If you decide not to take advantage of our discounted return option, we suggest that you send your return with your governmental postal service with a tracking number to ensure your package's safe arrival. We ask that you kindly refrain from using an international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. as international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD with such global shipments. Please note that in this event, we would need to pass along any such fee to you in order to process your exchange/return. 

For all other international customers, you’d be returning the product(s) to our European office in Bulgaria. We are happy to offer a discounted shipping option, which is usually less expensive and faster than other shipping options.

We can schedule a DHL pickup at a discounted rate of $35 USD. Please contact us with the specific pieces you’d like to return/exchange and we’ll send you a link to purchase the DHL shipping option. If you decide not to take advantage of our discounted DHL return option, we suggest that you send your return with your country's governmental postal service with a tracking number to ensure your package's safe arrival. We ask that you kindly refrain from using an international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. as international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD with such global shipments.
