Where are you from?
Florida! I grew up in 365 days of summer until I was 18 and went off to college.
What made you come to New York City?
My parents are from NY so I grew up visiting a few times a year, but I ultimately wanted to experience the city independently as an adult. I was originally planning to stay for a few months and now it’s been 5 years. I’m very open minded as to where life will take me next, but the city has been an incredible place to grow and develop my passions. The energy here is electric and having unlimited access to diverse culture is unlike anywhere else in the world.

Can you tell us more about your day-to-day life?
As a business owner, I wear many hats as a nutrition specialist and creative. Every day looks different, but during any given week I’m working with my private coaching clients, hosting corporate wellness sessions and workshops, shooting content for brands and more. I spend a lot of time working from home, which I’ve grown to love, and feel lucky to do in a space that inspires me.
What are you passionate about?
My mission is to create balance + beauty in every corner of my life and to help others do the same. After working in wellness for nearly a decade, I have learned that health looks different for everyone and that there’s peace to be found in that. My practice is founded in bio-individuality, which means that a balanced lifestyle is not ‘one size fits all’ – the same goes for personal style. It’s important to be adaptable but trends come and go, so having a timeless approach to fashion and food intersects beautifully.
My long-term professional goal is focusing on food equity and addressing the gap in nutrition education around the world with our youth. I believe prioritizing this is essential to creating systemic change for future generations – this is also part of why I feel so aligned with Marcella and their mission to help young women.
What has been your personal experience with education?

What does education mean to you?
Access to education is essential for personal, economic, social, and cultural development - it is a fundamental human right and key driver for perspective and compassion when thinking about communities around the world. From cultural enrichment to social mobility and enhanced health – I believe that education is at the core of our society developing in a more conscious, positive direction.
"When I was in college, I took a few courses in Nonprofit Business and Sustainability - this was very formative to my career now and how I hope to see it progress in the future."
What is one item in your wardrobe that you can't live without?
A simple, breezy summer dress! It’s effortless yet always looks put together.
How would you describe your personal style?
My style has evolved a lot since moving to NYC — I’d say the overarching theme is timeless with a twist. I love to shop my own closet and rediscover / reimagine new ways to style the same pieces to make the most of my wardrobe and have it adapt with me. I try my best to prioritize shopping sustainably and secondhand while investing in new pieces that have longevity. I’m lucky to have a lot of special items passed down from my mom which brings even more meaning to my outfits.
How do you put your personal 'stamp' on a spring or summer outfit?
I love accessorizing in a simple, yet bold way! A mix of delicate and chunky gold jewelry, fun sandals, or a silk scarf are my go-to’s.
What is your favorite piece from your Marcella capsule?
Ah, that’s a tough one, I absolutely love everything! Not only does the entire capsule look beautiful, mixed, and matched as intended, but it is genuinely so comfortable and high quality. I used to really struggle with feeling confident in jeans and finding the perfect fit to flatter my figure - the Francis Jeans are an evergreen staple with a classic cut, which makes them an incredible base to any outfit, dressed up or down.
What advice would you have for people looking to hone their personal style?
Experiment! I have put a lot of love into curating my style over the years and really enjoy putting together mood boards every season to refresh my ideas and integrate trends that resonate with my current wardrobe without over-consuming.
