Our 100% virgin Italian wool is nothing short of a dream—part of its production involves being boiled, giving it a noticeably felted appearance. Our Merino wool, both the French Merino wool mix (20% Merino wool, 80% acrylic) and the 100% Italian extra fine Merino wool, are of fine fibers resulting in soft, lighter, and more flexible garments.

I purchased the pink version of this dress. Like another reviewer stated, it's not 'too sweet' whatsoever. This dress is light, airy and beautiful - I highly recommend! I am 5'7ish, and with 2 inch platform sandals, it was the perfect length. I followed the sizing instructions, and the small fit perfectly! It should be clear based on the materials of the dress that it wrinkles easily, but I do want to call it out...though nothing a steamer can't handle.

It even hand washes and dries so well. The package was delivered straight to my door. You can style this in so many ways. You can wear it to a wedding or to spend a day in beautiful gardens. I'm so happy whenever I receive a Marcella package. It's like a gift. When I wear the Racine Dress, I walk tall and feel like a princess.

So close! I was impressed by how (without tailoring) the fit was very close to being a tailored style on me. Loved the fabric, length and shape of the skirt, but the bust was off, almost a little large for me (36 full D and ordered a Medium). With some tailoring it would probably be perfect but I am returning instead. Give this dress a try if you need a semi-formal but not stuffy option. Wish it would have worked for me!

I LOVE this dress. It is adorable but not too sweet (I have in hot pink). I was surprised that the small was larger than I expected in the waist, given that there's smocking in back which I thought would cinch the fit more. It still looked nice, but I did end up taking it in a bit (because I could) and then it was perfect (for reference, I'm 5'9" and 138 lbs - I typically do not wear xs). Length was great for me; reached the floor, but if you're short you may want to have it hemmed. Fabric is also a really beautiful cotton sateen. LOVED it.

I got this in the hot pink. I'm normally a size 10-12 and I bought both the medium and large so I wouldn't have to do an exchange. The Medium was ok, but tight around the stomach, the large fit a little looser and was more flattering. Both were way too long on my 5 ft 1in height. Even with heels there's a good two or three inches of drag. I'll have to get it hemmed, but I did get the dress on sale so I'm not too upset about it. Overall a really lovely dress.
