Sustainable European Jersey

Our jersey is made with TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, good for the Earth and your busy life. Its soft touch, high-stretch and wrinkle resistant qualities make it a staple fabric in our collections.

Care: Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat, or for best results, lay flat to dry.

Stretch: Very high.

Sustainable European Jersey
 Sheer European Jersey

Our sheer viscose jersey is our signature fabric with just the right amount of sheerness and stretch, which allows us to create unique ephemeral silhouettes that you wouldn’t find elsewhere.

Care: Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water.Lay flat to dry. We would discourage the use of a dryer to avoid pilling.

Stretch: Very high.

Sheer European Jersey
 European Ponte

Wonderful for both fitted and loose garments, Ponte offers a flattering fit so you can focus on more important things than constantly tugging and readjusting. Less stretchy than jersey, it gives a more structured look that’s perfect for formal pieces like our signature Manhattan One Shoulder designs. It’s also wrinkle resistant and perfect for traveling.

Care: Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat, or for best results, lay flat to dry.

Stretch: Mid-to-high.

 Midweight European French Terry

Our Midweight french terry sweatshirt fabric has so much to offer, including sustainable construction and lasting quality wash after wash. Complete with a brushed french terry inner layer, it’ll keep you warm and cozy through any chilly day.

Stretch: Mid-to-low.

Midweight European French Terry
 Lightweight European French Terry

Our cotton-based lightweight french terry is the thinner of the two kinds of sweatshirt fabrics we offer. Constructed with a fine, french terry inner layer, it mimics the feeling of silk on the skin. Complete with a high-stretch content, it's perfect for keeping you comfortable on your busiest days.

Care: Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Tumble dry low on heat, or for best results, lay flat to dry.

Stretch: High.

Lightweight European French Terry
 European Poplin Cotton

 Italian Virgin Wool

Our 100% virgin Italian wool is nothing short of a dream—part of its production involves being boiled, giving it a noticeably felted appearance. Our Merino wool, both the French Merino wool mix (20% Merino wool, 80% acrylic) and the 100% Italian extra fine Merino wool, are of fine fibers resulting in soft, lighter, and more flexible garments.

Care: Gentle care required—dry clean only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat when needed. Iron on low heat.

Stretch: None.

Italian Virgin Wool
 European Wool Blend

Our European wool blend is the thickest selection of our yarns. This yarn is a balance of 30% wool and 70% acrylic fibers - making it soft to the touch and more comfortable on the skin than traditional wool yarns.

Care: Dry clean only.

Stretch: Mid stretch.

Review Highlights

The style, color and fabric are all gorgeous! I have wide shoulders and they work well with this top. Someone with really narrow shoulders might struggle keeping the top up correctly but for me it’s perfect. Highly recommend!! This is my second purchase from Marcella. The quality is excellent and shipping is fast. If i was still in the corporate world, I would definitely do a capsule wardrobe!

The shirt I didn’t know I needed!

I absolutely love this shirt so much! It fits perfectly!

the piece looks very nice but is not as comfortable bc of the less stretchy material

I ordered the wrong size in the red top.

I love this dress but need help. I also ordered the red top. I have it in black and in blue. I accidently ordered it in an xxl and I only wear an xl and the xxl is way too big. Unfortunately because I had worn the black one I assumed it was the same, cut off the tags, and when I started to wear it Saturday night realized the mistake. I would like to return it for a size xl. Can I do that without the tags? I ave bought the Eliana dress as well and don't want to quit doing business with you.

Love the fit and it looks great with a slom skirt, jeans or flowy linen pants.

Stunning shirt that goes with every single thing I put it on with. Doesnt matter. Every single thing jeans, shorts, leather shorts, leather mini. Wide leg, bootcut jeans, beige miniskirt, flowy skirts of any kind or any color. This is going to be one of the mainstays of my entire wardrobe.
