Our 100% virgin Italian wool is nothing short of a dream—part of its production involves being boiled, giving it a noticeably felted appearance. Our Merino wool, both the French Merino wool mix (20% Merino wool, 80% acrylic) and the 100% Italian extra fine Merino wool, are of fine fibers resulting in soft, lighter, and more flexible garments.

Flattering, run large
I love this fabric, So when I saw the wide linked pants offered, I jumped! I had to exchange the medium for a small, and I still felt the waist was a little big. However, it’s probably more a matter of there just being a lot of give. The wide leg is so so flattering, and I love the pockets. the front stomach portion is not as slimming as I had hoped, from the side view, but it looks really great with a T-shirt or the park hoodie, for example. Because they are such a nice saturated, black, they look quite dressy, not quite as much as the wide lake Ponte pants though.
You can absolutely wear these to work, sweatpants or no. Very comfortable. Only note is that they get wrinkled, so ironing is a must.

These became one of my favorite travel pieces (minus the airplane bathroom 😂). They're incredibly comfortable, easy to style, and go with just about everything. The fit is true to size, with a more fitted waist and a relaxed, wide leg. For reference, I was around 5'4" and 175 lbs. The fabric is Marcella's signature quality—light enough for a spring day in LA, yet substantial enough to layer during cooler months. I especially love the color and versatility. Personally, I prefer wearing them with a longer layer since they're not my favorite fit from the back—but that's simply my body shape. Pair them with a fitted top and heels, and they can easily be dressed up.
Size down. I’m usualk a medium and the XS is the one that fits. The waitband is just too loose otherwise. But they’re so comfy and cute!
