Upon purchasing this listing, you will receive:

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION during the checkout process as additional notes to your order to ensure that we have all the necessary information to arrange your return:
> the order number and design numbers associated with the items for return
> your phone number and email address

Before you mail your return, simply print the shipping documents, and pack your items for return with your completed Marcella return form.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If you do not include an email and address with the order details, we will use those provided at the time of purchase.

Kindly refrain from altering the documents you receive from us, as this might cause issues with the processing of your return. Please note that in such cases, the customer may be subject to additional fees. Instead, please contact us with any questions so we can help.

Once we receive your package at our US facility, we will process your return and issue your refund within 7-10 business days.

If your package also includes garments for exchange, we will ship your replacement garments as quickly as possible after we receive the return. You will receive a new tracking number via email when we mail your exchange.

If you decide not to take advantage of our discounted return option, please do not purchase this listing—instead, kindly reach out to us for other instructions. We suggest that you send your return via your governmental postal service with a tracking number to ensure your package's safe arrival. We ask that you kindly refrain from using an international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. as international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD with such global shipments. Please note that in this event, we would need to pass along any such fee to you in order to process your exchange/return.

We appreciate your understanding—we would not be able to reimburse you for your return shipping cost as we try to keep our prices relatively low.
