My Name is Alexa Tarantino and I am a NYC-based jazz saxophonist, educator and composer. I play saxophone mainly, but also flute and clarinet. I tour with my own group, the Alexa Tarantino Quartet, and with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, among others.
Jazz education is very important to me, so I often build that into my travels and visit with students along the way.
