Our 100% virgin Italian wool is nothing short of a dream—part of its production involves being boiled, giving it a noticeably felted appearance. Our Merino wool, both the French Merino wool mix (20% Merino wool, 80% acrylic) and the 100% Italian extra fine Merino wool, are of fine fibers resulting in soft, lighter, and more flexible garments.

"The body of the dress is a nice, sturdy 2-way stretch fabric. I will probably hem the dress, as I am petite and mid-calf dresses make me look short. Plus, it's difficult to get in and out of the dress because the fabric is sturdy. The neck opening is on the small side, which is good for the fit. These things add up to a struggle for me to get in and out of the dress. I've put zippers in dresses for this reason, but I won't with this dress because the turtleneck fabric is delicate compared to the body of the dress. The skirt tends to ride up a bit when I walk, but that is a problem I have always had, though I'm not sure why. The dress is a tiny bit roomy in the hips for me, but I have a column body type, not hourglass."
