Where are your shoes made?
Our footwear is handcrafted in Europe, primarily in our Bulgarian atelier—the home country of our founder and Creative Director, Siyana. We work with a close-knit network of trusted artisans, which allows us to uphold high standards for craftsmanship, ethical labor practices, and responsible production.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a return or exchange.
Return fees apply to refunds: $8.50 for Happy Returns, $9.90 for a prepaid shipping label, $14 CAD for Canada, and $35 USD for all other countries. Fees are waived for exchanges and returns for site credit.
